We start all of our engagements by ensuring that our Professional Code of Practice and Terms of Business are given to our clients, so that expectations and clear goals can be set right at the beginning of the project.
We have developed a unique set of tools and techniques in the form of a Business Coaching Advice and Support Framework (BCAS) and Business Innovation & Growth ToolKit (The Big ToolKit©) integrated into a structured programme of training and development that challenges delegates to progressively refine their ideas, firm-up their skills and write a Business Plan.
The principle task is to help new businesses to start-up, and existing businesses to grow: generating new, different and unique business solutions based on the Adoption of Innovation & Growth Principles.
In order to access all of our services, you will be required to complete our Business Needs Assessment Form which will help us to assess your business needs before we commence support.
We will then provide you with a Written Quotation in the form of a Business Proposal highlighting the cost of each element of our work with you.
You will be asked to pay an advance fee, usually 25% of the total cost, with the remaining payments spread over the life of the project in equal instalments.
